I received the KNIGHT'S CROSS WITH OAK LEAVES, SWORDS, AND DIAMONDS on my 8th patrol with a Type IID. Not too shabby for a Type II on 67%...

well to me it doesnt matter what level other people play at, as long as it suits them and they enjoy it. i play stock sh3, and the only thing i have turned off now is dud torpedos, after i had a couple on my early patrols of my current carrer, i just got sick of them wrecking all the tdc work. congrats on all of your medals kaptain, i hope you have enough room in your display case for them:rotfl:

Congratulations mate! You achieved more than any U-Boot Commander in the WWII! Now it's time to get drunk to death, as there's nothing more to achieve for you. :arrgh!:

I got the 'gold' once in my GWX 1.3 career, but it seems to me that repeating the succes with GWX 2.0 at 100% realism will not be possible (with "realisic career length" on through SH3 Commander). Just yesterday I tried to prepare a Forum signature graphics including all the medals I got in my 5 GWX careers to boast about my greatnest. But as I was never any good in graphics, it still needs total reworking before I use it. Yestarday it looked like this (wander if there's any efficient way of including also number of patrols and number of careers [sunk/retired])... :88)
