As I said before this week, the gravy train.
Life is great on the gravy train good money, job for life and you can come out with all sort of gobble gook for life. :sunny:
After all, Americans did eat more fat than the Japanese, but perhaps they also consumed more sugar and white bread, and watched more television.
Well. Sure the study may have plenty to say, but let's not entertain the naive belief that a fat-eating American will ever have the lifestyle of a fat-eating Masai.
Well, if nothing else, maybe this study will have one positive health effect - by reducing the stress levels of the compulsive fat-eaters who will suddenly discover that hey, it's all okay and we don't have to feel bad!

If I had to make an educated guess, I'd target flavored drinks! Lots of sugars/carbs and empty calories as well as chemicals that I can't even pronouce, all bundled into neat packages! Couple this with the fact that its liquid, so it contains no fiber, resulting in you body not being able to control absorbtion rate.... Need I go on? The point is, slam sugar high, slam sugar low...... Body not working at optimal capacity, and is not able to cleanse itself properly.
Just a guess.
