SH4 1.4 w/ RFB 1.3

I Just Reloaded sh4 with 1.4 and RFB 1.31 with the patch for RFB to use on 1.4 via this link http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=125529 provided to me by elder-pirate (I had previously tried using RFB 1.31 with 1.4 and had a failure) this time it went all the way to the point where you begin your patrol and as the sub started to load I get the same error as before in the same place "Menu ID no form 0x31020001" and its never ending so much for that patch, I know i have seen this problem in the forums before and did a search but all that was said was ... well got the game working (yeah for you) no mention of how. so back to sh4 1.3 and RFB 1.31 and still go on wondering why I can't receive medals or a new ship btw all the mods in this order that I am using in case anyone is wondering

Remove_grainy_effect

You should have
SH4
Install 1.4 patch
RFB for Stock or ROW. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=125529


You don't have a 1.4 compatible version of RFB.
Do NOT install RFB 1.31 at all if using the SH4 1.4 patch.

With the new release of RFB, you also will not need the following mods because they are already in it:
Remove_grainy_effect
HAT_RANK_TEXTURE

I don't know if RnL_int_Periscopes_1.3 is compatible with the 1.4 patch. The updated RFB includes the better scopes 1.5 mod however.

That's it using the correct mod worked, I got the 1.4 in there, now I'm trying to see if I or my crew can earn medals, which I will keep everyone posted on the results of that in the New Command string. thank you much.
