Anyone else experiencing this?

After patching to 1.4, I started a new patrol, and everything's fine. I allways let the crew listen to the radio as we leave port, and it functions properly, eventually losing it's signal, and I turn it off. No problem.
About 400 miles out, I save my game, shut down and go to bed.
This morning, I load it up, and the radio is on, perfect signal, and I can't turn it off. In fact, the radio is not actually on. If I turn the radio on, I can hear the static and squealing it makes when there is no signal along on top of the radio station. The only way I can get it to go away is to turn off the radio sounds in the options menu.

If I remove all mods, I still get the same thing.(They are just grapic mods anyways, no radio mods.)

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this wierd problem....

This is a strange one, have not experienced it myself. Maybe others here have.

I suggest you remove the Poltergeist mod.

I have not had that particular problem, but mine is I don't have any engine sounds and all other sound effects sound muted. Music is fine, and some speech works right.

I've had that happen to me a couple of times before patch 1.4. The only fix I found was to complete the mission, then start a new one later.

I'm chalking this up to having had too many mods added and removed over the course of my career. Patching to 1.4 must have been too much for it and the save file flaked out.

I've used this as an excuse to 'simulate' a transfer and boat upgrade to a Gato sub in Pearl Harbour. Only lost three months patrol time.
