I just tried to open the mission editor and it tells me that apparently all American ships can't be found. Before patch 1.4 I could open it without a problem.
I'll post mod list just in case on of them is causing the problem:
TM_User_Intface
REL_Trigger_Maru_1.7
New Camera
SILENT SERVICE 1.2c GRAPHICS MOD
TMaru_Patch_1.7.1
Recognition Manual TM1.7 RSRD
Ship_Centered_Accuracy_Fix
I hope somebody can help me.

OK, I disabeld the last 2 mods and everything seems to work fine.
