Stuck with graphic glitch

Hi everyone,

I've run into a problem when my sub gets damaged.

The first time it happened to me was just before I died after starting a new career. I can reproduce it easily by loading up Ambush in the Palawan Passage and running at flank on the surface towards the Japanese TF. It doesn't happen every time, but often enough. If it doesn't happen the first time you get hit and the lights flicker, you're fine.

I've spent about 6 hours testing a lot of different things. Clean installs, differing resolutions, graphic settings, and drivers, all to no avail.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. If I'm the only one, it would stand to reason there's an issue with my system, or component thereof :down:

Search these threads for references to "black crew." Others have reported it but I have not seen it at all.

As i sit here gritting me teeth, i swear im going to have a nervous breakdown.

More and more, im being convinced to just Pull TM offline to root out ANY file that even REMOTELY looks at me funny.

please dont,since I tweaked my video card i have had ABSOLUTLY NO ISSUES. And Im running T.M. and Prolonged D.C. attack. I think the problemis when people are trying to implement ROM into their game or other mods that may conflict with TM. ONLY USE 1.4 MODS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER.

I'm sorry Ducimus if I've somehow insinuated that any mods have anything to do with this. I can confirm: this happens on a clean install of the game. None of the mods I use cause this.

I got tired of trying to fix it so installed mods to play then got the brainstorm to take the above screenshot to illustrate my problem, as I did use the search function and all I got was the graphic flicker on the sea (which I don't have).
