Radio/Gramaphone Button

I have read the SH4 manual and used the SubSim "search" button, but I have still not found the radio/gramaphone button (unlike SH3 which was easy to find).

Can anybody please tell me when to find SH4's radio/gramaphone button. Thanks.

On last tab, down in the Orders Bar.

The last 2 buttons:

Also, in the add-on, there will be a button for the help system, as it has been significantly improved and many people don't know they can press F1 to get help.
