Recruit Members

The manual says I canuse my renown to recruit new crew members. How do I do that? I don't see anywhere in the menus while I'm docked.

on the campaing menu while your on your ofice click on the crew picture
(a pic wiht a bunch of sailors)

On your desk is a lovely submarine model. Click on it. There will be your sub interface. Over on the left are three icons. Click on the one that is all the way to the left. There should be a slew of men showing up. Recruit away.
