Battle of Midway

I'm cruising around Midway in anticipation for the battle, it's June 4 0600hrs, anyone know any good spots to be when the action starts?

If you search this forum using "Midway" you'll see a LOT of discussion on this subject. Days worth of deading. Where you want to be depends on several factors. There is no guarentte you'll see any action. Some seem to indicate they have no trouble finding the IJN fleet. There are mods dedicated to getting you into the action. There is also a single mission that puts you right there in target range of carriers comes with the stock game.

I tried to get in the fray at Midway and I had tons of air contacts, but I never saw nor heard the enemy fleet. My estimation was that the IJN fleet stayed many miles to the west/southwest of Midway based on the direction that most of the aircraft came from - even though I was also patrolling a good distance out there, too.
