Patrol off Honshu Island?

Ok, I just got this misson to patrol off Honshu Island, I have had the problem before when I go to the area that they indicate, sometime I get credit for going there, and sometimes not. I have tried zooming way far in to get the exact location they want me to go, but no luck.

Any recomendations?

You need to patrol within a radius of 50 nm for 48 hrs., and voila mission accomplished; and don’t forget to radio in.:arrgh!:
