Koror photo recon

Hi,

I know other people asked this too but i had this photo recon mission at Koror but there are no warships to take pictures of.
Only one small sub chaser is patrolling the area.
So i can not complete the mission objective.
Is it possible to change this mission with the mission editor?
If so, do i need to play the mission all over or can i return to a previous save? (maybe this will cause a game crash?)
