Crew asleep at Battlestations

Hi,

Although i ordered battle stations i noticed a lot of crew members were sleeping, this was while a destroyer was depthcharging me. (boy, they really had to be tired to sleep trough all this noise!)
I endured some flooding too, even some of the repair guys kept sleeping nstead of helping to rescue and repair the boat...
Maybe they were too long at battle stations?
But even then they should wake up and help, don't they?
In SH3 you could double click on each station/compartment to optimize there status.
Isn't this possible in SH4?

I believe if you hit the BS button again they will all wake up.
