There is no need to install it, just extract SilentHunter4U-BoatMissionsExpansion.zip (with Winzip etc.) somewhere to your hard drive and use a 3rd party pic viewer or the build in viewer from M$ to view the content.

Probably means the thing on the sh4 forums - the link says that it s the sh4 uboat expansion and the rar file says the same , it doesnt say its only a text file and some screenshots.
