Sound Mods for SH4 1.3

Hello gents, i was wondering if there are any good sound mods for this game and if so what is the prefered one to use, does it install by the jone soft installer and important question is: Do i need to be in port and docked for it to start working, im already on a career and i know that for ROW mod to be used i had to be in port before i could install it. Please refer me to a good sound mod to use, thanks all.

Fred8615 has an especially large set of music and radio mods, worth the disk array you need to store them!
