protection system error

I had SH3 installed on my computer for a while but I was going to install it on my laptop when I tried to install it it said error to run application you must have administrator permission. I realized that I still had the game installed on my old computer I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it on my laptop the same error came up. I have no idea what the problam is if anybody knows how to fix it please help.
My computer is
HP Presario F700
AMD Athlon 64 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor TK-55 1.80 GHz
958 mb
32 bit operating system
nvidia graphics
Windows Vista home premium

it means your not logged in as the administrater on your laptop

If it was XP, I'd have advised you to right click (or shift+right click) the setup icon and click "run as.." --> admin --> enter password ---> click ok. :know:
