Crashes with shsound.act

Hello,
I have trouble with SH4 when a ship sink after the explosion, my system crashes and windows explains me there is a problem with the shsound.act

Is there a solution to this problem ? Is it solved by the next patch 1.4 ?

For your information, I found a way to solve this problem.
That was due to one ship I hadn't to sink. Every time I sank this ship my game crashed.
I let this boat alone and I went on sinking the rest of the fleet....
Another bug among severals.... :down:

It's seem to be that because that because I got it with a Small Modern Comosite Merchant...
