Wait until the mods see this mockery of yours, Letum. Yours will be a grim end. Minimizing another forum members' posting efforts is not funny!

Sounds good, apart from all those rude farting Belgium's that live there.

PS: I know it was a typical stereotype view. :shifty:

You are just jealous of Belgium. :yep:

Probably because of all they have given the world:

- Bakelite
- The Saxophone
- The Aeroplane
- errr....

The Belgium National Motto smacks of irony now.

Not that Belgium exists of course (http://zapatopi.net/belgium/)

Crap, I'd buy it for the breweries alone. Specifically, one in particular - Rochefort!

If you don't care, then may I ask; why did you start the thread?

May I ask: why did you even show up here?

Spare me the response - we all already know it anyway.

Guys - don't take the bait, please.

You make me laugh SB. When simple questions are responded to with an apeal to others to your cause. Ha, Ha, Ha. Too funny.

You have made ridicule of yourself in the past days. You do not listen when sombody tells you right into your face he does not want you, and does not like you. You do not care if he tells you to avoid him, and be avoided by him. Not a single party that is safe from you trying to ruin it. Not a single provocation that is too infantile for you to try it. Clear expressions of disgust by moderators, and not less clear indications by administrators you ignore. And I have wasted my time with you long enough now, since summer.

Here your childish efforts to raise another controversy - for your own satisfaction - go to where they belong : to the ignore list. And this second time it is forever, with no return. What do I care for some unpleasant noise outside, or a mosquito - I close the window, and that's it.

I don't know what to say. I'm disappointed that you would place me on your ignore list. Is it because you don't wish to hear an opposion opinion? That is certainly the course of many in the past ( Hitler, Stalin, Ho Chi Mihn, George III). I hope you come back to your senses and defend your positions with the same vigor I will defend mine. Otherwise your position won't be defended and that may not be fair to yourself or those who may agree with you.

I feel no malice toward you or your opinion. But as I stated before free speach doesn't give anyone free exercise of that speach without challenge.

wg

PS The only reason I can think of you placing me on your ignore list is because you know I'm correct more often than not, and you cannot stand it.

s-peachy!

While I am not at all interested in purchasing Belgium (global conflicts show a worrying tendency to start there, so I'd rather avoid the area) I have to say I find the whole idea quite amusing.

Maybe (think about it!) this amusing nature alone is what lead the original poster to post it in the first place.

This odd but frequently seen behavior is often referred to as "a joke", a form of literary production with the aim of sparking general hilarity.

I admit that turning it into a discussion about the freedom of peaches is surreal enough to count as a joke in itself, kudos to you for that creation :|\\. However, linking the freedom of the said peaches to various political figures famous for their disregard of freedom of speech (and presumably peaches as well) leans more than slightly towards the land of "taking oneself too seriously".

Now, jokes and peaches aside, the argument "you don't want to listen to me because you know I'm right" is pretentious to say the least. Generally speaking, ignore lists are implemented to shun people whose posts are considered inappropriate (and the Belgians, too!), not people whose posts are considered so bright that we can't read them without our shades on.

Maybe the original poster just didn't want your peaches in his Belgium.

I'm certainly not that bright. But I do have an opinion, and I'm not afraid to express it. I look poorly on those who believe I shouldn't be able to express that opinion.

When the original poster is unable to answer the question as to why he started the thread after later saying he doesn't care must be telling. The man doesn't know what he wants. Later he places me on his ignore list while I would never, ever place anyone on such a list shows how childish he may be. Its much like a six year old saying 'its my ball and I'm going home'.

The words of a coward?

Do you understand Waste Gate that Skybird was only joking?
What were you seeing in his response?
Belgium is a joke to Europeans, and to many Belgians.
It isnt a real country, its two countries, or maybe parts of France and Netherland..
But they sure have good food, beer and chocolate, you should try some and lighten up.

Why does what is clearly a bit of a joke thread turn into this? :nope:

Please take it elsewhere such as the kiddies table or the sandpit.
