They should realise that no car has yet been built that is capable of travelling faster than a radio signal :hmm:

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Many years ago I was told by a tour-bus driver a story that he witnessed even years earlier. Early one morning he was travelling down a pre-interstate highway, when coming the other way was a Porsche going flat out. A couple of minutes later he saw six cop cars in pursuit, losing ground all the way.

They seldom get away in the UK.....keep em in sight and block off the road ahead.
If they are determined a threat to life, a 'stinger' is usually deployed (but only in rare circumstances)

His mommy and daddy probably bought it for him. When you have money, buy what you want but I've never understood the need to own a speed machine where you can break the speed limit in second gear. My wife says I'm too practical.

Idiot.

Also the wrong car in my book.

If I had that money it would be an Aston Martin DBS or even a Bently Continental R.

Ferraris are just too flash....

Ferraris are just too flash....I screwed around with a DB-7 the other day. He is considerably faster than my SAAB. :D I wish I had my old SAAB. He might have got a bit of a surprise! I used to have an older 9000 Aero that was not producing the 258 lbs of torque it should have been, but more like 350lbs - completely flat torque curve too! I had that much torque from 1850 RPM all the way to 6000. Did that to a 512 TR once and I didn't disappear like I was supposed to when he stepped on it - I took the left lane away from him. I kind of felt bad since he slowed down and disappeared in traffic. I think he thought something was wrong with his Ferrari or something! :p That old SAAB was such a sleeper car. No one ever knew until I dropped the hammer.

PS. That extra power eventually broke my tranny one day.
