I've always been kind of amazed at how many people actually do build their own submarines (and in total awe and respect of their skills and ingenuity).

Peter Madsen's KRAKA (http://www.vulcaniasubmarine.com/KRAKA.htm) is one of my favorites, but I also want a Bionic Dolphin (http://www.vulcaniasubmarine.com/THE%20BIONIC%20DOLPHIN.htm)

I'd love to know when this came out, so I could figure out how much it would cost today! Very sweet though, I find hobby subs very cool. I've promised myself to build one when I retire in 40 years.

Naw, unless he's driving it around in some exclusion zone of course. Coast Guard maybe as it's seaworthyness could be questioned i guess.
