Recognition manual sh4

Hi guys,

On this forum i found a link for downloading the metric version of the SH4 recog. manual.
But it seems that the file has been deleted on speedyshare (too old it says).
This is the file i'm looking for: "SH4 Japan Recog Manual v3.1 MET.pdf"

Does anyone still have this pdf and help me getting it?
