Yes, that's one of the best Finnish made war movies. There's no Hollywood BS in it, just the brutal war. If you have any interest to this stuff, I'd suggest you get it ASAP. Well worth to watch. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v324/Spider-Hulk/GWXforum/Smileys/thumbsup.gif

I’ve seen it at least a couple of times on TV & I like it. Maybe not up to bar with the most notorious of Finnish war stories “The unknown soldier” which has been filmed like 3 times already but TWW has good battle & strong characters in it for sure. Furthermore it is quite recent & concentrates on realistic events albeit the fictional characters. I can’t remember any other movie about this time frame in particular so this is it :cool:

I hope it is english subtitled, my Finnish isn't so good other than hockey player names.:roll: I love foreign war movies, so if this is a good one, I'll check it out.:up: I don't know too much about CCCP's incursion into Finland, other than Finland kick Russia's ass.:dead:
