View Full Version : The Great Storm of 1987
BAH, What rot, we get a good gusty wind and we call it a storm! Rubbish take a look at the rest of the world there storms made this look like someone just farted in the street, come on I was there and I was bored to the back teeth of the hype. Whoop-d-do, the Met office screwed up so whats new there it's all humbug. Sure a lot of rotten trees fell and property was damage along with 18 deaths but why all the hype? Take a look at the death tolls and damage inflicted to other country's by storms, we got off lightly.
This country is so bloody wet behind the ears at times, wrong leafs on the rail track the snow is to fluffy the wrong king of rain, give me a break from this BS. No bloody wonder this country is sliding down hill.

Tell me about it, I have had a broken tooth causing me agony for weeks now and just cannot find an NHS Dentist.
I am currently unemployed and cannot afford to go private either.

We wish we had a dental health program here in Australia. The Federal govenment cut the funding to such a low level, that people are now being hospitalized before they get there teeth looked at!
The federal government has promised more money (we do have an election in six weeks:-?) but I'll believe it when I see it!
