I'd be interested in what tie you see between the president of Mexico and American presidential candidates and why should they appear on FOX?

ALL the Democratic candidates for POTUS refused to appear on FOXNews/Democratic Black Caucus debate. Does that bring it into focus for you?
Even Jesse Jackson appeared on FOXNews.
My feeling is that if you can't appear on a news channel you have no business sitting in the white house where life is more hostile and the consequences are greater.

Not really. You said it yourself, FOXNews is hostile.

I'm looking for where I said FOXNews was hostile. I can't find it. Stop being a sincophant for the Democratic party and lieing about what I said. It is beneath you.

More is greater than isn't it? So you are saying the news channel is. Or don't you understand what you mean?

I know what I mean. I said a news channel. The Republican candidates didn't decline to appear on an MSNBC debate regardless of Chris Matthews' presence.
I'm just looking for some courage from the Democratic candidates. I/we want/need couragous people in the white house. You should also.

Actually, Bill O'Reilly handled Vicente Fox fair and square (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vv143EByPmI).
Gives you an inkling of the kind of relevant questions many a candidate would prefer to duck and cover from.

I also fail to see a similarity between Vicente Fox and Democrat Presidential candidates. But I also think it's quite obvious why these Democrat candidates refuse to appear on many cable new outlets (not just FOX). While we see all the Republican candidates appearing on basically all of them. Could it be that these Democrats have been working to secure American defeat in the war for the past few years, and they're afraid of real questions regarding their indirect support for the enemy?:hmm:
Could Clinton be afraid of questions relating to all her tax-payer rip-offs *cough* I mean giveaways? Take a look at the following. Hillary wants the government to provide matching funds for 401(k)'s:
http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8S5R35O0&show_article=1
Looking at the costs for this, her "universal" health care schemes, and her $5,000 for every kid born on U.S. soil might be a tough one for Hillary to explain to the producers/tax-payers of this nation. And Edwards and Obama seem aloof on everything. I know why they're scared, but how does that relate to Vicente Fox other than he is also a bum working against American interests? Maybe Fox doesn't care what he looks like on U.S. TV while Democrats know they'll look real bad if asked alot of pertinent questions regarding the war, taxes, entitlement schemes and their costs, some of their statements regarding the military, hillary's fundraising shenanigans and her associations with known criminals. That's just for starters there. It gets real ugly with these people.

Watching FOX and watching CNN are two different experiences when it comes to political interviews. I have yet to see an ambush on CNN. The last two democrats on FOX were ambushed. What do I mean by ambush? It means prior to the show it is agreed upon what can and cannot be discussed. Same BS as these supposed debates are. When you break that agreement you are ambushing. Why would anybody want to appear on a network that is blatantly hostile and can't/won't keep their word? I'm all for asking the tough questions but if you want interviews they should keep to their word or let them know up-front they will be asking such and such questions.
I'm just looking for some courage from the Democratic candidates. I/we want/need couragous people in the white house. You should also.
Your's and my meaning of courageous are different I guess. To me a news show has zip to do with your meaning.

On Lou Dobbs Tonight on Tuesday, the poll there suggested 95% of viewers wanted Lou Dobbs to debate Vincent Fox.
I hope he does.
The reason nobody on the left side of a Republican would want to appear on FoxNews is because Fox is just a partisan propoganda machine. By appearing you legitimize the things they say and since its already clear that these people don't have an ounce of journalistic integrity there is nothing here to be gained by showing up other than to present yourself for slander.
Asking why a Democrat doesn't want to show up on FoxNews is like asking why Dick Cheney won't be debated on Democracy Now, except that even Democracy Now doesn't sink as low as an O'Reily tantrum.

I agree that FOX is often quite hostile toward anyone from the "other side", which in itself belies the myth of "fair and balanced". On the other hand, as was already said, this also holds true for other "news" organizations. That said, I don't see why anyone would be leery of being interviewed by a hostile camp, since they already know what's there. I'd even be willing to say "Ask me anything". They all need a little more backbone.
I have one question, though: If Vincente Fox debated Jamie Foxx on FOX, would they have to get Fox Mulder to referee?

They don't just skip Fox though. They pretty much keep their distance from many news outlets. And like was said earlier, if you can't take the heat, you don't belong in the White House. I have serious doubts that any Democrat could seriously handle a Taiwan Straits scenario or a Straits of Hormuz incident. That would be alot tougher than a few questions regarding your positions on foreign and domestic issues.
And like I said before, many positions the Democrat party takes on matters of national security, taxes, taxpayer ripoff redistribution schemes, their position and statements regarding the war and the military, and such are totally indefensible positions.

FOX News is cr*p.. They specialize in sensationalizing their news stories, "ambushing" and focusing on the negative issues... IMO, FOX News is a prime example of modern-day "yellow journalism"... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow_journalism
If FOXNews interviewed Jesus, they'd dig up and fabricate dirt on Mary Magdelene...
