Ok. It was dark, stormy night (Wind 15 meters/second).
I discoverd 5 maruders from convoy (large convoy).
These ships couldn't travel with speed 7 kts (as a convoy) and they sail at the back of convoy. They looked very poor. Speed about 3 kts. I fired 3 torpedoes one for each ship. All of ships was hit but text shes going down didnt show and I had no credit for these sinkings. Who could tell me why?

No doubt they were hit, but they didn't sink. You have to wait until the message comes up saying "she's going down". If this doesnt appear then you will not get credit for their sinking because they didnt sink but perhaps limped away and made it back to port.

If you can, stick around and hit em again until they sink. :arrgh!:

But for what, if they sunk? I watched beatiful moments when these three ships going below surface.
They was struck by torpedo and sunk.
Only this f... message didn't appear on the screen!

did you have bad weather?

I sometimes had the feeling that a "kill" is scored to te environment rather than my torpedos..
Escpecially if you have been reloading the game, you can forget about your credits..

There have been a few times when I've sunk a ship and it was marked in grey on my charts (this normally happens if the ship sinks while I'm submerged with my scope down).
I won't see the "She's going down!" text either, but when I hit the "K" key and look at my log book, it shows up as credit for me. So I shrug and move on since it seems that I get credit for it anyways.

Strange, the only explanation I can think of, is that you caught your convoy near it's spawn point:hmm:

Well, I met a grey icons too (but not in this case), but I don't remeber if "She's going down!" text was displayed.
Yesterday I hadn't "going down" message and hadn't gray icons (any icons) and hadn't credit even three ships has sunk. In other words: ships disappeard from the sea after my torpedo atack, but I had no credits for that.

It's a normal behavior? And how near spawn point it may happen?
