Hi. Just got me SH4, and played it a litlle under patch 1.0. I noticed at once that it dident support Multi GPU. Which i happen to have. So i downloaded all patches up to 1.3, and tested again...Still no Multi GPU support:doh:

Anything i can do in some config to gett it to run? or is it simply not any way?

Thx for all answers:up:

when you say multi GPU support are you talking 2 video cards in SLI or Crossfire? if yes shouldn't your drivers handle that.

In my place i mean Crossfire.

Yeah, normaly the drivers should tak care of that. But i have the last ATi driver installed (7.9)

I have seen many other games which have been missing multi gpu support in early versions, but have got it in later patches.

Well all I can say is ATI cards and SH4 dont really like each other much. Are your cards linked together. I've seen pictures of a bridge that goes between both cards.

Does other games work using crossfire?

Yes. My crossfire is working. Just not in this game :S

I found some old posts saying that SH4 did not support it. True?

nVidia SLI works great with SH4. With SLI the game does not need to do anything to support it. Wonder why Crossfire should be any different?

My 3d mark score confimes that my crossfire is working. And when playing games like Far Cry, both cards memchips gett hot. So is it in other games i know its working in. But in SH4, only one card getts hot :S

Ive seen some talk about SH4 aint liking ati cards much... ?

No!!!! No bias at all. Please ignore the nVidia logo and How It's Played sequence on boot-up. They mean nothing at all.;)

Frankly, I'm much happier in the nVidia camp than I was in the ATI camp, where I lived for five years. I hope ATI steps up a bit and competes better so we can all have better graphics for less.
