[TEC] [REQ] Speech GWX 1.03

I do not appear to have any reports from stations in audio. When I investigate.....Data/Sound/Speech and Speech.EN.... all the folders are shown in their still zipped form. Should I open them and "copy"/"Paste" and which do I open...Speech or Speech.EN, or both?
