Hmm - this could be a good book! Secret deals with district attorneys, DoS attacks, hackcing, cracking, sabotage! And in the end, it ends up with the victim (The Pirate Bay) sueing the media companies! Perfect! :D When do we get to watch the Law and Order version on TV?

In another RIAA setback - seems anyone who challenges the cease and decist letters the RIAA hands out gets their case dropped in court - http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com/2007/09/tanya-andersens-motion-for-attorneys.html

I'm not one to condone piracy, but I do not also condone Media Defenders or the RIAA's behavior either. As they say, two wrongs don't make a right.

*News Flash*
Today the R.I.A.A announced, that due to a number of less successful prosecutions of 12 year old music downloaders , they will be employing Blackwater security to trial new "Enforcment" methods - one of our photagraphers was able to photograph the new unit in the middle of a raid.
