Mouse Stops Working

Submariners,

Does your mouse lock up? I have been playing the quick mission to sink Yamamoto and the mouse locks up after several torpedo hits. Any ideas?

does the game freeze at all, on another game of mine, bf42, my mouse used to "stop working" and i had to turn off the comp, in the the end, the mouse cable was nicked or something so i had to buy a new one and now evrything works fine.

How long does it stay "locked?" Is the mouse kind of jumpy and laggy the rest of the time? If so, you are perfomance starved and the graphics associated with the sinking took the machine over the edge.
