game doesn't start

I just wanted to start SH4 and I got the following message:"can't start SH4 because um.dll is missing." What does that mean and do I really have to reinstally the game?
SH4 is patched to 1.3 and I have TM 1.62 installed.

LOL, this problem was caused by me and it's really stupid.
When I take screenshots I put them into another folder and I must have copied the .dll files into my screenshots folder one day.:lol: SO when I wanted to start the game these files were missing. The I took a look at my screenshots folder and there they were. Pretty embarissing.:rotfl:
