It would seem that any budget increase that comes to voter approval is going to be denied by me when I vote form now on. It is pretty clear that they are wasting their money on things other than what they should be doing. They are closing schools in Washington right now because they don't have the money to keep them open, yet they have the money to keep teaching Illegal Aliens, and to employ spanish speaking teachers for no other job than this? This irks me to no end!!!!!  :nope: :o

In a high school near me, illegal aliens macerating as "Students" wore t-shirts saying, "They can't deport us all".
Not a damn thing was done about it.

That is crazy, and yes they can all be deported. Then they can get in line to come back. If they come across legally and want to be American citizens, there are proper channels for that, and I have no problem with it, but to think they can stay when they are breaking the law is just crazy.
And yes, not all of them will be able to get in via the INS, but that is the breaks in life, so deal with it.

I've been saying that about this country for about 19 years. We can and should kick you out on your ass if you're not here legally. I dont care if you go back to a manhunt.

Its a monetary thing at this point, and its a compounding problem. People don't seem to realize that if you kick them out, you'd save double per head since they'd be off the welfare and medical programs that they continually suck like parasites from. Strange that I haven't heard any government official say that when they talk about how it would be impossibly expensive to kick them out. Last statistics I saw was that a typical state like Colorado pays out about $1 Billion a year for services for illegals, from medical to welfare cheques. Some states are less I'm sure, and other duoble to tripple like California. So if say the average is $1 Bil a state, don't you think saving $500 Billion over the course of 10 years is not incentive enough to get rid of them? I'm not an economics professor, but I don't think you need to be when you look at numbers like that!

Speaking of health care, did you know that people who have moved out of this country (for cheaper housing in Spain or whatnot) actually come back just to use the NHS then leave again? So we basically pay for non-residents to have immunisations and whatnot.
I have to have a Meningitis jab for my move to an American college in January. Does the NHS pay for that for me? Of course not. £44. I bet I'd get it for bloody free if I was foreign! :damn:
And dont get me started on this whole human rights thing. So its okay to harbour international criminals because they might get their asses tortured in their home country? If I was running things and I found out you were on the run, I'd *give* you to the authorities. What the hell am I paying this government for?

If I was to use this in reference to the UK I would have too say we are all to blame for the mess, it's so easy to blame politicians but its the likes of you and I who vote for them. How many of us make our MP's work for us? How many see there MP's? All of us must make them work for us, that's the reason why they are there.
As for the mess there is no simple answer, the time has come to sallow the bitter pill, I would only sallow that pill if the Government of the day cuts it's way though all the red tape with a meat cleaver and insured those who are charged with sorting the mess out do it and not fart about. But as long as this silly system we got voting a party in to power with a mickey mouse percentage they don't give a toss about you and I.
I don't know if this situation here in the UK is like America but if it is, I hope you guys are making it clear by ringing that bell 24/7.

I can confirm this:nope: . I used to substitute teach in Woodburn, Oregon. The town is 30 min south of Portland and is a farming community. Woodburn and the surrounding area are roughly 60% hispanic, 10% Russian, the rest: everybody else. The high-school is very interesting, you don't hear English in the hallways! I subbed for a computer class one day, and those hispanic kids were all looking at "brown power" sites, such as La Raza.( The Mexican version of the Klan) :shifty: They have classes, such as math, taught in Spanish only. A good portion of the hispanic student body are illegal Mexicans, (migrant farmers). The democrats won't do anything about it, because they are more interested in getting them registered to vote:nope: . The Republicans are too weak-kneed here to fight them.
