I didn't visit those sites but I wouldn't be surprised if some the songs that you can buy there were illegal in Germany.:dead:

As I said I don't even visit sites that may contain or sell Nazi propaganda.

Read your response the first time.
As I said, read your response the first time.
The guy asked for links to websites.....and that's what he got.
No links were supplied with notes of recommendation or support and there is an explicit personal statement included within the post "not used any of them myself"

I know he did and I merely said that I as a German would never visit those sites. And please believe me that I don't believe that you or anybody else has anything to do with this NAZI crap and I'm sorry if I evoked this impression.
However I have to admit that I detest these sites because they keep those songs alive.

I never been able to fully understand the reason behind Germany's stance on the Nazi's and the display of the swastika in Germany. I realise that Germans feel that this is part of their history that they would rather forget, but surely you have to accept that it happened and cannot be erased. Wasn't there some talk recently of widening the ban on the swastika and other Nazi related material to other EU member countries? I feel this would be wrong and would infringe human rights. Also, because you ban symbols it doesn't prevent extreme right wing views being expressed, or for that matter extreme right wing political parties gaining power. For example in Britain we have the British Nationalist Party which hold several Council seats in my area (I have never voted for them by the way) but they don't call themselves Nazi's nor wear the swastika.
I have a reproduction Kaleun's white cap and a knights cross which both display the swastika but I am far from being a Nazi. I also have a fur Soviet naval ushanka (like in HFRO) but that don't make me a communist either.
I am sorry if any of what I have said offends anyone it was not intended too and is merely a personal view.

I think you're completely wrong if you think we try to forget what we've done 60 years ago. Actually it's the complete opposite. WWII and the attrocities that have been made are still a big issue in Germany and they always will be.
I know that many people outside of Germany think that the swastika is just a symbol of an era long gone, but it isn't. There are still many people who believe in this crap, especially in East Germany. I agree that forbidding the swastika does not prevent people become a Neonazi but you can lock such idiots up if they show the swastika or listen to Neonazi music.
So if someone collects such things because of historical interest that's fine with me, otherwise...:dead:

A fair point in your first paragraph.
There are also many in the UK that believe in Nazi views, but I'm not sure if locking them up is the answer. At the end of the day we live in a democracy (even though those that support Nazi views don't believe in democracy as such) and people are free to express their views through freedom of speech. Should people be locked up for possessing the swastika and listening to Neonazi music? I think not. If they are inciting violence then of course thats totally different and they should feel the strong arm of the law.
Out of interest, presumably playing SH3 in Germany with the models showing the swastika is illegal?
