Well this one could still be up in the air. News sources are saying he went to retrieve atricles that he says were stolen from him. They also say he wasn't the one carrying a gun. One of the dealers has already said he won't prosecute.
However the news also reports that some articles of Joe Montanas were taken. It sounds like these dealers might be a bit shady. The guys who went with OJ maybe the culprits. It will all come down to if they can get his buddies to roll over on him and say that he wanted them to bring guns and take the dealers down. And if he picked up articles in the room that were not his.........Lets just hope they have a rock hard case
