The 2 SSL league Post I put out are gone as well. I have replied to Neal about this.
However I feel it was not right to rip our post out of here with only hearing from one side. SSL has not violated anything, and Dargo and Flick are only spouting sour grapes for bad decisions that they made in the recent past regarding the WPL:nope: :nope:
SSL looks to have our posts restored as soon as Neal has gathered all the facts.

this is what I found on 2 threads about someone looking for a Club/league
This site violates the copyright of the subclub members setting this up are not honnorable men. This campaign was played on subclub so its has become subclub copyright.
One has left the subclub because of a argument, after that time others have started there war to destroy a league that was founded by Neal.
So please stop this!!!

As for the decisions made Hornet made it not I, I didn't left and was therefor responsible of a war after he left I am not afraid to lose face I am here and will always be here to react and to defend the subclub.
I am not on my ego trip and want to start my own club Hornet had a powers if he wanted it nobody has stand in his way to help him with that.
But when you can't take critic or are afraid to lose face come on get real its only a game not real life.
Don't recruit people behind my back on a forum/s thats even not yours Neal pays for this not you.

While I appreciate that feelings are running high, the General SH3 forum is not the place to discuss the reasons why the threads were deleted.
I also suggest that if you want Neal to make a judgement/descision in this case, it be conducted in a calm way and in the proper manner.
Comments to Subsim Review (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/forumdisplay.php?f=172) is a good place to start, failing that, have any of you sent PM's to the moderators/Neal?
Really, in the past when something like this has occured, it never helps to air your grievances in public. It will not end well if you all continue in this manner.

It is intellectual property of the subclub
Main Entry: intellectual property
Function: noun
: property (as an idea, invention, or process) that derives from the work of the mind or intellect; also : an application, right, or registration relating to this.
So if you make a new file you still use the idea used on the subclub site.

SUB CLUB
Mission Statement & Goals
Originated:9-9-00 - Updated 01-28-01; 09-05-01
Silent Hunter II, Destroyer Command, & Sub Command
SUBSIM Review is working with SSI and Ultimation to promote online play. We feel that for multiplay to succeed, a publicized focal point must be provided to allow players a better chance of finding allies and opponents for an online game. Wolfpack League will feature the U-boats of the German Kreigsmarine as portrayed in Silent Hunter II and will be the main foundation of this focal point, with the companion Eagle League to suit players who want to capture the historical US Navy perspective.
SUB CLUB is an International organization comprised of three equal and distinct divisons: Wolfpack League and Eagle League for playing Silent Hunter II and Destroyer Command, and Sub Command HQ for playing Sub Command. We welcome players from every nation.
These are our goals:
Seamlessly integrate the fleet within the SUBSIM Review (http://www.subsim.com/) website so the fleet will benefit from the 350,000+ hits we are receiving every week--instant recognition.
Work with SSI and Ultimation to improve the sim and get our ideas taken seriously. This proactive approach will get more results than the pointless, shallow bickering on the Web.
Provide a chat room running within the website to allow players to log in, form up a game, and play. As this chat membership grows, so does the chance of your playing SH2/DC/SC online when you wish.
Promote the games played with a web-based scoring database. Before each multi-play game, one member would be designated the reporter/player. After the game, the member would have a password to enable him to log down the results of a mission.
Create a ranking system that would not show favoritism, just reward results. There should be no admirals or captains based on seniority.
Bring together players and naval/subsim enthusiasts from around the world.
Promote a social atmosphere among the players of good will and good sportsmanship.
To further the understanding and education of the world's history.http://www.subclub.info/wpl/images/wolfie2.gifLet us hear from you if you are serious, interested, and can contribute. You will certainly be welcome to join the League as a player member even if you cannot contribute anything other than an occasional game online.
