SCS - Fleet Command

Got a question?
I use to play Jane's Fleet Command (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fleet_Command) back when it first came out, and it was nice visuals, with a Harpoon feel. I was wondering whether the SCS Fleet Command is worth purchasing . . . and if there are any Mods available for it.

This Mod does it work with SCS-Fleet Command & Janes Fleet Command . . . or only Jane's?
