Gaming Laptop 4 SH4??

Hey was just wondering if anybody has a nice gaming laptop that runs sh4 at its full glory. Im in the market for one since im taking alot of trips across the pond in the next couple of yrs. was looking at alienware dell or voodoopc, if anybody has any advice or experience with any, it be much appreciated, also even building your own. I build my own desktops so was thinking on the laptop side of the house? Anyway any advice welcome and keep it safe!

Let's get some intel on the best laptops, let us know. I've tried a couple of times to find out here. I don't think too many of you guys play on a laptop....speak up if you do, thanks

I believe most laptop "manufacurers"(including alienware) actually all buy from the same place (or two). Most laptop / notebooks come from Taiwanese manufacturers so it probably pays to shop around for a good deal.

The problem I'm having, is sorting through the 100's of combinations available and trying to make head or tail of what each one actually delivers.:doh::dead:

I run all my games on my laptop. Dell XPS M1710, Core 2 Duo T7400 2.16ghz, 2GB RAM and a 512mb nVidia 7950 GTX card.

On 1920 x 1200 resolution, with high definition graphic mods and full graphic options I get about 20/25 frames a second, which is more than enough.

I play ito n a laptop now since i am currently deployed in Iraq, and it is on a HP pavillion dv9000 series notebook, i run it at 1440 X 900 with the nvidia go 7600 graphics card and iget bout 25 FPS with that. it runs pretty smoothly unless there is a large convoy in the area. trhe specs in my signature is the puterthat is waiting for me when i get home.

sweet so it sounds like i dont need a uber laptop to play this at full spectrum... Keep it safe and trust no one renegage 623, never doubt wether to shoot or not..Hearts and minds, that ship has sailed:rock:
