May 1940, on patrol in the North Sea, shadowing a Norwegian merchantman wondering if I should sink it. On the the one hand, Norway is listed as an enemy since March (GWX), but on the other hand, it's sailing unescorted and lit up like a Christmas tree. Is it OK to attack this target?

TIA Etc

If the ship is worth 200 renown for sinking it when it belongs to Britain. Then the same ship you sink belonging to Say Spain - then you'd get fined -200 for it. Generally speaking. Some are worth bigger hits.
