Ensigns on the turrets

HI Captains
I have just a question.
How we can do to apply squadrilla ensigns on our boats when playing online ?
Of course I know that it can be done when playing a normal career.
I made it already and when I begin a mission from my base I see my ensign
on the turret.
But we are 3 Captains playing on line and as members of squadrilla "3V" belonging to the 39th Flotilla,we'd like to paint our ensign on our turrets.
Can be done my dear friends ??

Unfortunately when playing MP the only conning tower emblem you will ever see will be the one on your sub. Everyone else will see their own. All other subs have no emblems showing. Restriction of the game I'm afraid.
