I thought I had all the little yellow icons of my crew figured out... until today!

Does anyone know what a yellow arrow pointing up in the top right of your crews portrait means? I've been at sea for a looong while on my current patrol, I wondered if it was some kind of field promotion icon?

You're right, the arrow indicates that one of your crew was promoted.

If you place the mouse over the little arrow, a tooltip will apear saying "Just promoted"
