What would be the proper attack for a zig zagging merchant.
So far I have sunk one with a fish,but most w/deck gun.:-?

I had a couple of cracks at zig zaging targets - whoops got spotted my bad! :-?

I just took the speed I had calculated when it was steaming in a straight line and knocked a few knots off and lined up my shot as normal using a magntic eel. Seems to work fine for me :arrgh!:

If you get within 800m you shouldn't get a miss unless you aim for the extreme stern or bow when you fire. I use impact set to a fairly shallow dept ~3-5m. Get your tubes opened before firing as well using the Q key to remove the delay in opening the outer hatches.

You can also open all tubes at once when in the conning tower view.
