View Full Version : Travel to Phoenix
Hey All!
I am taking a mini-vacation (2 day/1 night) to the Capital of the State of Arizona, Phoenix, and I have some questions.
If I am staying downtown, where would y'all (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y'all) suggest to go to get dinner, and breakfast?
Furthermore, what do y'all recommend getting to eat when going to the BoB (http://arizona.diamondbacks.mlb.com/ari/ballpark/index.jsp)?

Let me know how that full body scanner when flying out of there goes. I think I'd refuse to use it personally. It is pretty cool though - it completely removes all your clothes - exactly like you weren't wearing anything (Yes - your privates are clear as day) to the scanning technician and anyone else standing there. Sounds to me like it will be more of a peep show than a useful device.

Although, as one of the ushers had said, it has a mall like feel, the consessions within the stadium are by far the best that I have seen. (Been to Petco, Jack Murphy, Oakland, Candlestick & PacBell)
As for Airport Security. I didn't have the pleasure/displeasure to walk through the new x-ray/scanners.
But it was a good game, but way to hot on the outside.
To bad "our" Padres had to spoil the last two games . . . but I guess there's always the wild card.
