So i'm in the southern AK grids now and i have a dilema. It is storming and heavy waves and rain with like 200m visibility. I am running 300m paraelle to a large cargo but cannot see it exactly. It is night and hoping weather calms. Should i continue running paraelle or just give up. It hasnt seen me yet but if morning comes than i dont know what. What should i do?

Torpedo it?
Edit: I should elaborate...
Assuming it's not moving too fast, you should be able to get a firing position/solution without actually being able to see it, provided you keep track of it long enough to "average out" the errors in your tracking (unless you have map updates on, in which case it should be a doddle :))

Get behind it, arm a magnetic torpedo and fire it under the stern. 200 meters distance is fine as the ship is sailing away, the torpedo will arm. At the very least it will stop it.

If it were me, and this convoy seemed like pay dirt (ie, massive and could give up a lot of tonnage) i would head out to one side of it say about 15 KM out and do periodic hydrophone checks... always keeping in contact with them, plotting their last known position, plotting their estimated course, following them on the surface mostly only submerging to verify their position over and over again with the patience of a hunter.
and when the weather breaks, because eventually it will... move in like a shark and deal them a devastating and lethal attack!
but thats just what I would do :arrgh!:
