Multiplayer Chat

Hi, was wondering if anyone could recommend a good multiplayer chat programme, i've tried xfire but did'nt get on with it - just wondered what you guys use. Thanks :)

All the above are voice chat programs.

Thanks a lot guys, i'll have a look at them :D :D :D (tried skype but kept freaking out when we entered a multiplayer game, eventually kicking out the host)
