question on periscope in game

Has anyone else had the problem when standing in the conning tower and when you raise your periscope it does not visually go up in the conning tower, but it does go up on the outside? meaning you cant actually see it raise while inside, but outside it does raise?

There is a fix for this in 1.3, I can't think of the specific name, but it is included in Trigger Maru.
