I was just wondering
aside from Down Periscope and Operation Petticoat
both the Film and the series.
are there any other Worthy submarine based comedies.?

Myself and a friend are in the middle of writing a play. It's set in Argentina, where an escaped U-Boat captain and his hardline Nazi XO are trying to run a restuarant in the 1960's.
It's not very funny....yet :)

It has some potential for comedy though
I though Crimson Tide was unintentionally hilarious, does that count?
