NYGM 2.6B

Revised version of NYGM 2.6 to fix an obscure bug when a Type VII U-boat spawns at Bergen in 1944/1945, and the game is then saved and reloaded.

Also a couple of minor improvements added.

NYGM users should remove any previous version of NYGM of 2.6 before installing NYGM 2.6B
