Someone has no sense of humor. :nope:

Too put it another way better there breasts than a gun.

Two female sunbathers prosecuted for flashing their breasts at CCTV camera

When Abbi-Louise Maple and Rachel Marchant saw a CCTV camera trained on them as they sat on a beach, they had a mischievous idea.

The 21-year-olds lifted their tops and flashed their bare chests at the camera before collapsing in a fit of giggles.
The young women's friends thought their prank was hilarious. The CCTV operator, however, didn't see the funny side and called the police.

Slow news day on the Mail then - no mortgage scandals or other troubling middle England niggles for them to report?

The pair, who appeared before magistrates on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges, will now stand trial before a crown court jury at a cost to the taxpayer of £8,000 a day.

Why dose it have to go to a crown court?

This is retarded, why would anyone prosecute for something like that. Some people seriously need to pull the stick, no log, out of their arse.

What shocked me the most was the picture of the beach. You call that a beach!:rotfl:

The fact they were sunbaking is even more of a laugh!

Why don't they try and get the CCTV operator charged for being a peeping tom!

Magistrates courts only have limited sentencing powers (usually 2 years max). If the accused are charged with a statutory offence that can carry a potentially longer term on first conviction and during the process plead not guilty, it has to go before a court with longer sentencing powers.

I'm afraid I must have an intimate first-hand examination of the evidence presented before I can make my verdict.

My guess is that:
A) He has a very dull job and leaps on any opportunity for action.
B) He is scared that he will get in to trouble if he doesn't report it and his boss sees it.

that's nonsense.

I believe that doing this joke is unaccpetable, for its nature. A 21-years old is supposed to be mature and able to determine good and evil, isn't it?

I know that they're doing this for fun, yet they've past through the bottom line. If others get offended, this act is definitely an offence. Perhaps the watchman has a (religious) belief that looking at others' breast in a sin. These two womans offended the watchman by showing him stuffs that he wasn't supposed to see, thus he gets angry and calls the police.

(I'm not trying to say that being a peeping Tom or whatsoever is totally acceptable)

See my post about some peoples need to have a log removed from their arse. Ayone who gets offended ennough to prosecute for something as trivial as this should not hold a job as being a cctv monitor in the first place.

If he was zooming in on the two girls before they flashed the camera and he had held them in focus for an extened period of time, he could be considered a peeping tom. If he was just paning across the beach, then the girls are at fault.
