Cannot access 1.3 patch - WTH?

What was the problem?
I'm having issues trying to download the patch to my puter. The anti-virus program says there is a virus it heals it then I go through a approval loop (Vista) and I cannot save it on the puter. Very frustrating. I ended up downloading the patch on my other puter (XP) and it was able to save it without a virus warning (AVG on both puter) I find this strange but then again I have had a number of strange things on the new Vista machine. I will attempt to burn the patch and try and install it this weekend.
