Those are the hardest targets in the whole game. Not only do you have to get a REALLY REALLY good TMA on them, but you also have to manage to get that torpedo skipping like a skipping stone accross the water, the beach, down the street and then into the target ! They are the most dificult targets in the game. Unfortunately, you also lose a lot of reknown for hitting them.:roll:

Anyone else remember the McHale's Navy episode where they torpedoed a truck? The eel went straight up the beach and BLAM. So it's doable. ;)
