Listening to music when you're supposed to be paying attention to evidence in a murder trial... if that ain't contempt of court then what the hell is? :huh:

That Dailymail article is a month older then the BBC article so she got off free. She was doing those things for the express purpose of getting thrown. It's probably as STEED said.

It has to be proven first, from what I read there was insufficient evidence. If she was doing it then it's bad and she should be prosecuted.

What's the point in that comment mate, is it to be funny or to stir up a racial argument?
