Officer assistence????

I need Help!!!
I dont now how to get assistence from my Officer on a Torpedo Atack:damn: ?In SH 3 it was totaly diferrent and very easy.You got the Buton for the Officer and told him what to do ! But I can`t find this option in SH 4 ? Can anyone help me please,and if so please for stupid People!!!!!!
